Get ready for “READY”
READY is the newest track coming to the gym. It is a flexibility & mobility program designed to prepare you for class throughout the week. It consists of 3 full-body routines per week, each approximately 45 minutes long. The best part? These can all be done at home! These minimal equipment workouts make it super accessible and easy to complete. On top of that, we will have follow-along YouTube videos available where Coach Rhett & Logan will take you through the entire workout to demonstrate each movement and provide scaling options.
READY will be released on Tuesday, September 5th. If you have any questions, be sure to ask a coach when you see them!
